Notice to UK Government, Parliament, UK Police, and Media, to Cease & Desist from supporting and justifying racism, terrorism, torture, murder and *genocide* against innocent civilians on grounds of their ethnic origin, and to Cease and Desist from validating and associating with Zionism which is a fundamentally Supremacist and therefore, lawless dogma. - Granting favourable publicity to war criminals committing acts of terror against innocent, unarmed civilians, children, babies, and their pets, livestock & plant-life, on grounds of racial supremacy of the war-criminals, who have judged their targets as “beasts” and “animals” (1) and supporting a criminal militia/”army” serving a government committed to ethnic cleansing and stealing land & resources from the attacked & forcibly dispossessed survivors, and continuing to support a government that issued a mantra of lies to allegedly “justify” their terrorist attacks against the citizens of Gaza and the West Bank.

Very few have bothered to comment on why Hamas leaders would embark on the Oct 7th attack when they knew Israel’s record of disproportionate responses, that have let hundreds dead & wounded and Gaza sustaining major damage? International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
Article 2
1. States Parties condemn racial discrimination and undertake to pursue by all appropriate means and without delay a policy of eliminating racial discrimination in all its forms and promoting understanding among all races, and, to this end:
(a) Each State Party undertakes to engage in no act or practice of racial discrimination against persons, groups of persons or institutions and to ensure that all public authorities and public institutions, national and local, shall act in conformity with this obligation;
(b) Each State Party undertakes not to sponsor, defend or support racial discrimination by any persons or organizations;
(c) Each State Party shall take effective measures to review governmental, national and local policies, and to amend, rescind or nullify any laws and regulations which have the effect of creating or perpetuating racial discrimination wherever it exists;
(d) Each State Party shall prohibit and bring to an end, by all appropriate means, including legislation as required by circumstances, racial discrimination by any persons, group or organization;
(e) Each State Party undertakes to encourage, where appropriate, integrationist multiracial organizations and movements and other means of eliminating barriers between races, and to discourage anything which tends to strengthen racial division.
2. States Parties shall, when the circumstances so warrant, take, in the social, economic, cultural and other fields, special and concrete measures to ensure the adequate development and protection of certain racial groups or individuals belonging to them, for the purpose of guaranteeing them the full and equal enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms. These measures shall in no case entail as a consequence, the maintenance of unequal or separate rights for different racial groups after the objectives for which they were taken have been achieved.
Article 3
States Parties particularly condemn racial segregation and apartheid and undertake to prevent, prohibit and eradicate all practices of this nature in territories under their jurisdiction.
Article 4
States Parties condemn all propaganda and all organizations which are based on ideas or theories of superiority of one race or group of persons of one colour or ethnic origin, or which attempt to justify or promote racial hatred and discrimination in any form, and undertake to adopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all incitement to, or acts of, such discrimination and, to this end, with due regard to the principles embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the rights expressly set forth in article 5 of this Convention, inter alia:
(a) Shall declare an offence punishable by law all dissemination of ideas based on racial superiority or hatred, incitement to racial discrimination, as well as all acts of violence or incitement to such acts against any race or group of persons of another colour or ethnic origin, and also the provision of any assistance to racist activities, including the financing thereof;
(b) Shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations, and also organized and all other propaganda activities, which promote and incite racial discrimination, and shall recognize participation in such organizations or activities as an offence punishable by law;
(c) Shall not permit public authorities or public institutions, national or local, to promote or incite racial discrimination.
UK Government & media are in breach of Articles 1(b) & 3 of International Law for ‘Elimination of Racism’. Instead, they are promoting it and continuing to cite aforementioned falsehoods as issued by Israel on Oct 7th, as ‘justification’ for supporting Israel’s wholly disproportionate response of collective punishment/war crime: When an army has no restraint of International Law then it is effectively, a terrorist militia.
Furthermore, UK Parliament & UK Gov’t are presently in breach of the whole of Article 4 in relation to the number of Zionists employed therein, when Zionism is a supremacist dogmatic belief, loosely established (many will say ‘imposed’), on Judaism. Zionist-controlled Apartheid Israel and the obscene treatment of Palestinians, Christians, non-Zionist Torah and Socialist Jews, stands as testimony to the inherent fascism within Zionism.
In every Parliamentary debate & discussion on issue of Israeli criminal/terrorist actions against the citizens & children of Gaza & West Bank, UK gov’t ministers refer to Oct 7th, in complete denial of almost 80 years illegal occupation and truly savage control of Palestinian territory, that finally led to Hamas seizing a rare, and highly suspicious ‘opportunity’ to itself commit acts of terrorism via escape from the Gaza strip with intent of taking Israeli hostages to barter return of the hundreds of unlawfully incarcerated Palestinians condemned to inhuman & abusive conditions by people who actively hate them, due directly to their ethnicity.
Under International Law, people suffering apartheid & illegal occupation do have a right to armed self-defence. According to Israel, throwing a rock at an Israeli tank or ’soldier’ equates to “terrorism” and even children incarcerated for such ‘crime’.
UK Prime Minister stated on National TV that Israel “does have that right to defend herself” in relation to a question about Israel withholding fuel, food, medicines & water to the citizens of Gaza. (11) Considering Sir Keir Starmer was formerly a Human Rights Lawyer, he surely knew that Under International Law, an illegal occupier’s only ‘right’ is to withdraw from the territory.
Israeli claims that they entered Gaza to “rescue hostages” are dubious due directly, to the unmitigated fact that on Oct 7th the Israeli government did indeed apply the Hannibal Directive against Israeli citizens right to be saved and not killed by Israeli military. According to the Israeli government, killing Hamas and their Israeli hostages, is preferable to Hamas having live hostages to barter for release of Palestinians – that is what the ‘Hannibal Directive’ is about. Since it is clear that Israeli military shot, bombed & incinerated Israeli citizens on Oct 7th to “stop hostages being taken”, how is it possible that anyone could accept at face-value, the notion that Israel’s criminal militia were truly dedicated to rescuing hostages whom they were ordered to kill?
The hostages that made it into Gaza, were already survivors of Israeli attacks against themselves and their captors. Israel’s militia did also kill 3 Israeli *hostages who were released in Gaza, despite their pleas in Hebrew for help. (13)

Minus Israel’s continued aggression and inherent racism against Arabs, such military groups would have no legitimacy as a defensive force in the region. People under attack and/or illegal occupation, do have a right to self-defence:

Therefore, since Israel has refused to recognise Palestine as a State, Hamas amounts to little more than an ‘armed band’ rendering Israel’s disproportionate actions of ‘self-defence’ in Gaza and in other nations, completely illegal.
Customary International Law:
‘The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has recognized that the prohibition of genocide and the obligation to prevent it are principles of customary International Law, meaning they are binding on all states, not just those who have ratified the convention.’
International law also; ‘establishes a clear obligation for states to prevent genocide. The core legal framework is the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Genocide Convention), which obligates state parties to both prevent and punish genocide. This obligation extends to taking preventative measures, including those aimed at influencing actors likely to commit or already committing genocide. (21)
Presently proscribed as terrorist-organisations under UK Law (on a par with Al Qaeda), radical, non-violent groups like ‘Palestine Action’ would not exist if UK government was acting in accordance with International Law (IL). (22)

*Article 2.2 cannot apply to Israel – a religious-political sect is not an ‘ethnicity’ and neither is it a ‘race’. Israel is governed by a fascist interpretation of Judaism that imposes Apartheid via allegedly ‘righteous’ Supremacists.
A minority of racists/supremacists, cannot have rights to the benefits of positive discrimination ‘…for purpose of guaranteeing them their ‘full and equal enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms’, because supremacists are fundamentally against humanity’s ‘rights and fundamental freedoms’.

One Gazan new father had posted on social-media sharing his delight on birth of his then 4-day old twins, and saying he was going to register their birth that day. By time he reached the register office, IDF militia had shelled his home, killing his wife (a doctor), her mother and the twins. Friends arrived to inform him of that terrible news as he was leaving the register office with their birth certificates. As well as children & babies, the IDF have consistently targeted journalists (34) and also medics: The BBC funded a documentary to cover that issue but by order of its pro-Zionist bosses, declined to broadcast it – the same BBC that focused heavily on the one Israeli hospital that sustained damage from an Iranian missile strike.
BBC’s excuse for refusing to broadcast said Documentary, is the fact that it is narrated by the 14-year-old son of a former Hamas government official – despite the child reading from a script relating actual events.
This was apparently “unacceptable” by BBC bosses, when they know full well that Israel installed & funded Hamas, to operate as ‘government’ over Gaza, and, with a separate military unit. Therefore, individual government officials cannot be held responsible for Oct 7th. Meanwhile, BBC has had no similar problems with airing news & statements issued by Israel’s criminal government ministers.
While Ofcom supports BBC’s decision not to air said documentary, they simultaneously admonish BBC for its neglect to check the child’s family background, Ofcom does nonetheless, note that:
‘The review found no other breaches of the guidelines nor any evidence that “outside interests” had “inappropriately impacted on the programme”.
“I have also not seen or heard any evidence to support a suggestion that the narrator’s father or family influenced the content of the programme in any way,” the report stated.
But it found the use of a child narrator for the programme was “wrong”.’
BBC & Ofcom’s decision not to broadcast the documentary, are unlawful in terms of upholding International Law against both racism & genocide:

Considering the tens of thousands of children dead in Gaza with many more starving and/or wounded – and in face of the conclusive evidence of deliberate attacks on children – the idea that it was ‘wrong’ for a child to narrate the ‘Gaza Doctors’ documentary is *ing disgusting after what Gaza’s children of all ages have been forced to endure – the worst horror imaginable – the terror of ‘6 Hiroshima’s’ that has obliterated their families and laid their whole world to waste – surgery and amputations with no pain relief. Children have suffered the absolute worst.
To deny ANY child’s right to speak in that context of survival against an ongoing, unlawful attack via an Apartheid State, is to violate International Law against Racism and a lawfully identified risk of Genocide – most especially, when the aim of that documentary was to highlight the ongoing macabre & traumatic reality of life in Gaza, as inflicted by an illegal occupying force that has continually denied their right to have a legitimate military defence, simply by refusing to recognise Palestine as an Independent State.
Therefore, who the child’s father is or was, is completely irrelevant and tantamount to picking-at-straws in order to distract from Israel’s crimes, and to ‘sully’ public reception by implying the content was somehow, marred by bias via “failing to disclose information about the child narrator’s father’s position within the Hamas-run government“. What exactly, is Gaza’s Hamas Government governing, at this moment in time? Are the bulk of its former employees not dead or else, suffering the same as every Gazan? The child was likely chosen from an exceptionally limited availability of Gazan children healthy & competent enough to represent their VOICE – why was THAT not taken into account as required by International Law for purpose of providing balance to an ethnically oppressed group facing plausible genocide?

The 3 nukes bought by UK, were sent to an undisclosed location in the Middle East (possibly or probably Israel), and were later used to justify the invasion of Iraq i.e. British public funds subverted to pay for an illegal cover up of an illegal nuclear weapons operation in a foreign, Apartheid nation?
The 3 UK-bought nukes went “missing”. How? UK, Israeli & US ‘Intelligence’ then claimed the missing nukes were in Iraq – a perfect pretext for attacking an fracturing Iraq in readiness for Israeli expansion.
Dr David Kelly, who was later tasked with the job of ‘weapons Inspector’ in Iraq, adamantly denied Iraq had WMDs: Nuclear-weapons emit specific isotopes that cannot be hidden. After expressing his concerns on BBC Radio, in an effort to stop UK involvement in an illegal invasion, Dr Kelly was soon after, found dead in his car. Britain’s official verdict of “suicide” is strongly disputed by UK doctors and medics who attended the scene of his death. (76)
Dr Kelly’s “suicide” is alleged to be related to his distress over public exposure of his role in UK Intellgence. The ongoing suspicion is, that he was ‘silenced’ because he knew all about Israel’s criminal nuclear programme and very probably, exactly, where the weapons were originally located:

Dr David Kelly’s comments on BBC Radio 4, are further evidence to support said evidence regarding his involvement in dismantling the Apartheid S.A. nuclear programme, due to the very fact that he HAD broken UK Intelligence secrecy protocols to speak publicly, and was thereafter, found dead.
It is equally a matter of concern that Robin Cook MP, who voiced major opposition to the proposed Iraq invasion, was also, later found dead in mysterious circumstances – he allegedly “fell” on a walking trip. (77)
